Quality Cold Packs

i was introduced to these cold packs at my physical therapist's office. I have found them to be the best I have ever used. They keep for years if left in the freezer. I just purchased two more for a recent shoulder surgery.

Great ice packs!

These ice packs are much better quality than what you find at the local pharmacies! These are a good thickness and get really cold and mold to your body as needed! Highly recommend!

The ice queen

I have had over a handful of surgeries in my life, and jokingly call myself The Ice Queen since I use it so much. These packs do not get bitterly cold like some others do, so they are easier to use without having to put a thick towel over them. They truly stay cold for atleast one half hour, and I use it on my back. I hope they give a discount to repeat customers because, I will buy more for myself, family and friends. You will wish you bought it sooner, I know I did.

Shipping & Returns

Most orders placed before 1:00 pm ET will be shipped on the same business day. Most orders placed after 1:00 pm ET and on weekends and Holidays will be Shipped on the Next Business Day

FedEx Overnight and 2 Day Air does NOT include Saturday Delivery. Overnight orders placed on Fridays will be delivered the following Monday excluding certain Holidays. 2 Day Air orders placed on Thursday will be delivered the following Monday.

If you require FedEx Saturday delivery - Please Call to Place your Order with a Customer Service Representative. Not All Items and Locations are available for Saturday Delivery. In addition to the Next Day Air shipping fees, an additional $15-$20 will be charged if Saturday delivery is required

We ship all items "no signature required" at delivery (with the exception of freight deliveries).

If you would like a signature required at delivery, please request that in the notes section of the order (an additional charge of $5 will be added to the order for this service).

We are unable to process returns without a RA#. Warranty claims are for replacement only.
