The Iceman Clear 3 does exactly what it is designed to do. It is a no frills machine that worked well for ice therapy after a shoulder replacement. An on off switch might be nice.

i was introduced to these cold packs at my physical therapist's office. I have found them to be the best I have ever used. They keep for years if left in the freezer. I just purchased two more for a recent shoulder surgery.

I’m only two days post-op, so far the machine has worked well. Shoulder arthroscopy, rotator cuff repair, bicep tenodesis. Keeps shoulder cold, definitely helps with pain. Way better than an “ice pack”. 👍🏻

I had rotator cuff surgery. I was told by several people that after this surgery “ice is your friend”. Many suggested this Breg Polar Cube cold therapy machine as a must have because of how simple it operates and comforting it was not having to figure out the best positioning of gel packs. This was a a “set it and forget” arrangement. Another words, set the shoulder pad where you want it, fill the small cooler as directed, plug in the hose, turn on the pump and feel the immediate relief. When you get up to move around simply turn the pump off and disconnect the hose. The pad stays in place and simply re connect when ready. I HIGHLY recommend it!

I have used the Breg Polar Care Cube and love it. A friend loaned me hers after I had a knee replacement. It quit working after 6 weeks so I ordered a new one from you to replace hers.
