Description

The Donjoy Iceman Wrap-On Pad is specifically designed to cover and treat the shoulder area. The Donjoy Iceman Wrap-on shoulder cold pad comes with a velcro wrap to secure the cold pad around the affected area.

DonJoy offers non-sterile Wrap-On Pad designs to deliver cold therapy to various parts of the body using the IceMan CLASSIC or the IceMan Clear3/Clear3+.

Schoulder pad

We ordered the regular pad I guess an it's way to large I didn't know there where different sizes.

Filled out my issue with my non operated arm

Had almost completed my review with my non dominant hand. Other arm I recently had a reverse right shoulder replacement. As I was proofreading it my response disappeared. I’m far from being happy with the pad connection to my DonJoy iceman.

No more pain

It's unbelievable to me how much relief cold gives me!
Thank God for showing me.

However, this cold therapy device is covered under a manufacturer’s warranty.

Pads: 1 Month Warranty

If your device, pad, or part is malfunctioning or leaking, Source Cold Therapy will gladly replace it with the same new, unused device, pad, or part within the warranty period. Shipping & Returns

Most orders placed before 1:00 pm ET will be shipped on the same business day. Most orders placed after 1:00 pm ET and on weekends and Holidays will be Shipped on the Next Business Day

FedEx Overnight and 2 Day Air does NOT include Saturday Delivery. Overnight orders placed on Fridays will be delivered the following Monday excluding certain Holidays. 2 Day Air orders placed on Thursday will be delivered the following Monday.

If you require FedEx Saturday delivery - Please Call to Place your Order with a Customer Service Representative. Not All Items and Locations are available for Saturday Delivery. In addition to the Next Day Air shipping fees, an additional $15-$20 will be charged if Saturday delivery is required

We ship all items "no signature required" at delivery (with the exception of freight deliveries).

If you would like a signature required at delivery, please request that in the notes section of the order (an additional charge of $5 will be added to the order for this service).

Most Orders over $99 are eligible for FREE SHIPPING - Free shipping applies to ground shipping only. Products eligible for free shipping will have a free shipping option at checkout.

We are unable to process returns without a RA#. Warranty claims are for replacement only.
