I have a Breg Polar cube that I received after my back surgery 8 years ago. I ordered the knee attachment and it works perfectly! I have a severe meniscus tear and osteoarthritis. I am so glad I will be able to use this post surgery in a month. Ice packs fall off whereas this is so much more effective.

Seriously, these are the best things ever invented for ice therapy. Thanks be. I used the knee cuff after knee surgery and now am using the hip/back/rib cuff. This new cooler with the motorized pressure pulsing is even better than the other one. It gently increases the pressure of the ice water surrounding the injury for a minute or so, then releases and repeats. It reduces pain and swelling. I’m thrilled that I got this. It’s made a tremendous difference over traditional icing methods.
