We have used the Don Joy cryo post surgical icing system for 4 different family members after six orthopaedic surgeries. We rate the system as good to very good with the shoulder cuff to be just okay. Perhaps our unit is just getting worn out, or the surface are of the shoulder cuff, is just to big for this motor.

Crude, poorly designed waste of money

Don't waste your money on this ridiculous, difficult-to-use system.

Best ice therapy I have used

I had to have my hip replacement revised. The procedure was very extensive. This resulted in severe swelling. Ice packs couldn't keep up. The wrap around ice water pads resolved the swelling and brought my pain under control allowing me to decrease the amount of narcotics I was consuming. Thank you source products and Donjoy. This is my second Donjoy product and I have been well pleased with both.
