"Full one-year warranty"...

It's important to note they only give a year warranty. While I loved this coldpac, it really does change texture, formation, and effectiveness over time. I guess I assumed these things wouldn't really go bad and left one in the freezer all the time when not using. As the years passed, it got a weird texture where it's broken up into chunks and bulky. Just a warning for long term expectations.
