Unit is greay

Works well and easy to use. I just wish the size of the pad was on the website. I ordered a regular size shoulder pad, but ended up needing a larger one and had to pay extra for it.

Seriously, these are the best things ever invented for ice therapy. Thanks be. I used the knee cuff after knee surgery and now am using the hip/back/rib cuff. This new cooler with the motorized pressure pulsing is even better than the other one. It gently increases the pressure of the ice water surrounding the injury for a minute or so, then releases and repeats. It reduces pain and swelling. I’m thrilled that I got this. It’s made a tremendous difference over traditional icing methods.
