I bought this after using a family member’s after hip surgery, It worked so much better than ice packs! It is comfortable, and application can be used longer than ice packs. Promotes healing.

Best price I could find, works as advertised, and fast shipping

This was about $50 cheaper than I would've paid if I bought it through my doctors office, so I'm grateful for that. However with tax and shipping I still paid $204 for what is basically a cooler with a water pump. Overall I am satisfied with SourceColdTherapy and would buy from here again if I ever had to. Its just that this product seems like something that could be produced at half the cost. It's also worth mentioning that the shipping was super fast. As far as the functioning of the device is concerned it does what it's advertised to do. The only thing about it that could be better is that to drain it you have to press on both of the black plastic pieces at each nozzle of one of the connections, one of which is recessed and therefore will require you to find some kind of tool. In other words its not the easiest to drain with one hand, which you might have to do if you're using it after a surgery on your shoulder or arm.

Exactly what I needed. Mine broke after rotator cuff surgery, and these folks made sure it got out same day so I wouldn’t be in pain. They’re amazing

Seriously, these are the best things ever invented for ice therapy. Thanks be. I used the knee cuff after knee surgery and now am using the hip/back/rib cuff. This new cooler with the motorized pressure pulsing is even better than the other one. It gently increases the pressure of the ice water surrounding the injury for a minute or so, then releases and repeats. It reduces pain and swelling. I’m thrilled that I got this. It’s made a tremendous difference over traditional icing methods.
