I accidentally ordered the this instead of the ankle one. I spoke to customer service and they were very helpful. The item may have been not what i intended to buy but this item is bigger and has more uses. This is awesome for ankles and knees. That is all I have needed it for at the moment. Seriously, these are the best things ever invented for ice therapy. Thanks be. I used the knee cuff after knee surgery and now am using the hip/back/rib cuff. This new cooler with the motorized pressure pulsing is even better than the other one. It gently increases the pressure of the ice water surrounding the injury for a minute or so, then releases and repeats. It reduces pain and swelling. I’m thrilled that I got this. It’s made a tremendous difference over traditional icing methods.
